Job Title: Sr Finance (US Payroll)

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance professional with 5+ years experience in US payroll to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in finance, accounting, or a related field and be eager to apply their knowledge and skills in a real-world setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge on US Payroll is mandate

Financial Reporting:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.

Accounting:

• Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable:
• Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
• Manage customer and vendor accounts, ensuring prompt collection and payment.

Financial Analysis:

• Assist in analyzing financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
• Support in the preparation of variance analysis reports.
• Compliance and Auditing:
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Knowledge on US Payroll is mandate

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
