Role & responsibilities

• Desirable Real Estate experience in High rise residential housing projects.
• Ensure designs align with local regulations, zoning requirements, and environmental considerations.
• Coordination with external consultants for timely release of drawings to engineering team for further preparation of GFC drawings.
• Hands on with working drawings.
• Safe keeping/preservation of the as built drawings.
• Preparation of Sanction drawings.
• Co-ordination with Project site team.
• Timely issuance of GFCs to ensure proper planning and execution.
• Key Result areas assist in Project planning and execution.
• Should be comfortable in high pressure timelines.
• Should have good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency in Auto-cad & Revit (preferable).

Preferred candidate profile

Must be from Real Estate and who can join on urgent basis.
