Content Writer

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Email and Social Media Marketing Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our team and help us enhance our online presence and engagement.

Responsibilities:

Email Marketing

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and events.
• Create compelling email content, including subject lines, copy, and visuals.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and increase engagement.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics to improve future campaigns.
• Manage and maintain email lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Experience of working with Zoho is a plus

Social Media Marketing

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends and audience feedback.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster a sense of community.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in email marketing and social media marketing.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Project management and experience of managing agencies.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
