QA Lead

We are looking for 0 to 15 days joiners

Technical Skills:
o Proven experience (5+ years) in Quality Assurance with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
o Strong experience in automated testing using Java, and proficiency with frameworks like JUnit, Selenium, or TestNG.
o Solid knowledge of visual regression testing using Chromatic or similar tools.
o Experience with cross-browser testing using BrowserStack or similar platforms.
o Proficiency in Java programming language, with a solid understanding of object-oriented design and development.
o Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and their implementation.
o Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests into the pipeline.
o Experience with version control systems such as Git.
o Strong debugging, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

o Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
o Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
o Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.

Qualification:
Bachelor's or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
