Senior Cloud Data Engineer (AWS, Python, Pyspark)

Job Title : Senior AWS Cloud Data Engineer

Work Location : Hyderabad/Kolhapur/Bangalore/Chennai

Experience : 6 to 9 years

Required Skills : Python, Pyspark, AWS services such as DMS, SAM, Glue, Redshift, Lamda S3 with Apache Airflow, CI/CD, Git/Bitbucket.

Responsibilities :

- Minimum of 6-9 Experience with the core AWS Services and setting up AWS Data Platform - AWS OpenSearch, DevelopmentEndPoints, AWS Glue Catalog, EMR and Jupyter Redshift (Must have)

- Past experience with the Microservices Architecture and Serverless approaches using AWS Lambda is a plus. For example, the Serverless Application Model (AWS SAM) (Must Have).

- Experience in database design (SQL and NoSQL - preferably Graph).

- Experience in designing and implementing APIs (fast API - good to have), RESTful Web-services.

- Experience in building solutions with AWS Sagemaker services with ML Workloads is a plus.

- Working experience on Data Platforms (like Databricks or Snowflake) is a plus.

- Proficiency in at least one language from our stack: [[ Python, Pyspark ]].

- Strong notions of security best practices (e.g. using IAM Roles, KMS, etc.)

- Working experience in Agile Scrum, SAFe and/or Kanban projects

- DevOps orientation, knowledge of continuous integration frameworks and some of the following products/tools: Docker, Nexus, Artifactory, GitHub, Jenkins, VersionOne, etc. (is a plus).

- AWS Developer or Solution Architect certification is a plus.

- Advanced level of English.
