Loan Operations Specialist will manage all aspects of loan processing, compliance and management for the Company. This is a key role that requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of handling loan-related matters independently. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, knowledgeable about loan procedures in the real estate sector, and able to effectively coordinate with banks, clients, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities: Loan Application and Processing Drafting and preparing required documentation for loan applications. Review, verify, and submit loan applications to financial institutions. Maintain a checklist of all documentation required for various types of loans and ensure accuracy and completeness. Liaison with Banks and Financial Institutions Build and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to facilitate smooth loan processing. Stay updated on loan schemes, interest rates, and terms offered by various banks. Coordinate between the company and banks to resolve any issues or delays in loan approval or disbursement.
Loan Disbursement Management: Monitor and ensure timely disbursement of approved loans. Documentation and Compliance Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and disbursements. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies during loan processing. Regularly audit loan files for completeness and compliance, ensuring that all necessary documentation is maintained and securely stored. Reporting and Analysis Generate regular reports on loan applications, approvals, and disbursement status for management review. Analyze loan data to identify trends, issues, or opportunities for process improvement. Provide insights on loan-related risks and suggest solutions for risk mitigation. Relationship Building and Networking Act as the single point of contact for all loan-related matters within the company. Develop strong relationships with key personnel in financial institutions and establish the company as a preferred real estate partner. Represent the company at financial or loan-related events and gatherings, enhancing networking opportunities.
Problem Resolution : Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact loan processing or disbursement timelines. Work closely with banks, clients, and internal teams to address any delays, discrepancies, or misunderstandings in loan matters. Handle escalations effectively, providing timely and constructive solutions to clients and management.
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in loan processing, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong understanding of mortgage loans, financial documentation, and banking processes. Proven ability to handle complex loan matters independently.
