We are now seeking a Senior Data Scientist with robust expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision (CV), and Generative AI to join us in revolutionizing personalized education and shaping the future of learning.

Role Overview :

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the development and deployment of advanced ML models and AI applications. You will be at the forefront of integrating NLP, CV, and Generative AI techniques into our products and services, transforming data into actionable insights that shape strategic decisions.

This role demands a deep technical expertise combined with a creative approach to solving real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities :

Advanced Model Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models across various domains including NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.

- Experiment with and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to address complex business challenges.

- Develop robust data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation pipelines.

Collaboration & Integration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Academics, Marketing, product management, and software development, to integrate AI models into production systems.

- Communicate complex analytical insights and model results to non-technical stakeholders in clear, actionable terms.

Innovation & Research :

- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ML, NLP, CV, and Generative AI.

- Lead initiatives that explore novel AI applications and drive continuous improvement in our analytical capabilities.

Mentorship & Leadership :

- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the overall data science strategy.

- Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and technical workshops.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

Educational Background :

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.

- Master's would be a plus.

Professional Experience :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on ML, NLP, CV, and Generative AI.

- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and deploying ML models into production environments.

Technical Expertise :

- Programming : Advanced proficiency in Python; strong experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and OpenCV.

- SQL : Proficiency in writing complex queries, data extraction, and manipulation.

- Machine Learning : Deep understanding of statistical methods, ML algorithms, and deep learning architectures.

- NLP & CV : Demonstrable experience in applying NLP techniques (i.e., TF-IDF, BERT, GPT models) and computer vision algorithms (e., CNNs, object detection).

- Generative AI : Hands-on experience with generative models and frameworks, including GANs or transformer-based generative models.

- Model Deployment : Hands on experience with Cloud Platforms, Containerization & Orchestration would be plus.
