Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled iOS Developer with 4-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As an iOS Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge iOS applications. You will collaborate closely with our product development team to deliver high-quality, user-friendly mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mobile development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of proven software development experience in iOS development.
- Proficient in Swift and SwiftUI , with a solid understanding of the iOS ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, including architecture, design, and performance optimization.
- Experience with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications (e.g., Firebase, APNs).
- Knowledge of code versioning tools, particularly Git, and familiarity with branching strategies.
- Experience with performance and memory tuning tools (e.g., Instruments) to ensure smooth app performance.
- Strong understanding of design principles and patterns like MVC, MVVM as well as SOLID principles.
- Experience writing Unit Tests and UI Tests using frameworks such as XCTest and XCUITest to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Experience with integration tests and automated testing strategies to ensure seamless connectivity between app layers and backend services.
- Strong grasp of security best practices in iOS development, such as secure data storage, encryption, and safe networking.
- Familiarity with dependency management tools like CocoaPods and Swift Package Manager.
- Experience with accessibility best practices to ensure a better user experience for all users.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to find innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of App Store guidelines and experience with app submission and release processes.
