Morya Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Hospital Operations Specialist to join our team. This versatile role plays a crucial role in supporting our human resources function, facilitating smooth hospital operations, and managing insurance queries.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training development, and performance management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Process payroll and ensure timely employee compensation. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws. Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
Hospital Operations and Administration
Assist with administrative tasks to ensure efficient hospital operations. Manage patient flow and scheduling. Maintain hospital records and documentation. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless patient care.
Insurance Management:
Process patient admission and discharge information for insurance purposes. Review and analyze hospital bills to ensure accurate coding and pricing. Write clear and concise queries to insurance companies regarding patient coverage and claim denials. Follow up on insurance claims and ensure timely reimbursements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related role Experience in hospital operations a strong plus Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hospital management software (preferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
