Cluster Head - Housing Finance (7-12 yrs)

We're Hiring: Cluster Head - Housing Finance (Nanded/Hyderabad/Vijayawada/ Aurangabad/Mumbai).

- We're looking for a Cluster Head to lead and manage a team across 3-5 branches in the affordable housing finance space.

- If you have 7-12 years of experience in home finance, with a focus on affordable housing and a track record of managing multiple teams, this is the role for you!.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure efficient collections, portfolio management, and P&L control.

- Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues.

- Lead, motivate, and manage branch teams to meet business goals.

Requirements:

- 5+ years in affordable housing finance.

- Experience managing branch teams & regional markets.

- Strong business acumen, team management, and customer handling skills.

Location: Nanded/Hyderabad/Vijayawada/ Aurangabad/Mumbai.

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate.

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
