About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Analyst with a strong background in business analysis and mobile app development. The ideal candidate will have experience writing BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FSDs (Functional Specification Documents), as well as working on mobile apps for the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for mobile apps in the digital lending space, focusing on Loan Origination, Loan Management, Credit Underwriting, Collections, and Payment Solutions (ENach, UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS).

- Write clear and concise BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FSDs (Functional Specification Documents) to define app features and functionality.

- Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, Operations) to ensure the alignment of mobile apps with business goals and technical capabilities.

- Ensure seamless integration of India Stack and NPCI offerings (including payment solutions like ENach, UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS) into mobile applications.

- Analyze mobile app performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvements.

- Coordinate with tech teams for feature implementation and perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate functional requirements.

- Stay up to date with mobile app trends and emerging technologies in the FinTech and digital lending space.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Mobile Analyst, or a similar role with expertise in mobile apps.

- Experience in Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Functional Specification Document (FSD) creation and management.

- Strong understanding of mobile platforms, including Google Play Store and iOS.

- Understanding of Lending Apps in the NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) domain is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

- Experience in FinTech, digital lending, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks in India.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.

- Work in an impact-driven environment focused on financial inclusion and tech innovation.
