Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply chain.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure timely replenishment of office supplies.
- Track orders, manage delivery schedules, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, including office
maintenance and logistics.
- Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses related to procurement and office
operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to procurement
activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and ensure the availability of
required materials.
- Provide support for office events, meetings, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and improve procurement and office management processes to
enhance operational efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge of office procedures and health and safety standards.
- Ability to manage budgets and monitor expenses effectively.
- Experience in managing office facilities and maintenance services
