Job Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Moringa TechSolv
- The Business Development Manager will drive the growth of our Software product solutions within the BFSI sector in the Indian market
- This role requires a deep understanding of the BFSI landscape, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders
- The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the BFSI sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Develop strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and growth.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
- Conduct client meetings, demo presentations, and attend industry events.
- Collaborate with the product development team to align client needs with product offerings.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management roles in core banking software/product solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the Indian market.
- Strong understanding of the BFSI sector, including regulatory requirements, compliance, AML, and LOS systems.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility for client needs and travel requirements.
- Willingness to travel within India for client meetings, demo presentations, industry events, and business development activities.
