Site Operations Leader

What You ll Do:

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Lead and optimize all aspects of plant operations, including Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Tooling, and Quality.
• Set realistic and achievable goals for the site, ensuring alignment with global operational priorities.
• Drive cost transformation strategies, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead operational excellence efforts, applying tools like Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Kaizen.

Safety, Compliance & Risk Management

• Champion a zero-harm safety culture, ensuring strict adherence to EHS policies and regulatory requirements.
• Implement risk assessments, hazard identification, and proactive safety measures in coordination with the EHS team.

People Leadership & Development

• Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing team.
• Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Assess workforce competencies and implement succession planning to ensure long-term site performance.

Production & Manufacturing Excellence

• Maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Oversee product development processes to reduce lead times and improve operational efficiency.
• Continuously seek opportunities for automation, process improvement, and cost reduction.

Maintenance, Tooling & Quality

• Ensure the optimal performance of all machinery and production equipment, implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Oversee tooling development and maintenance, ensuring precision and efficiency.
• Maintain strict compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), continuously improving quality standards.

What You ll Bring:

Experience & Expertise

• 10-15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, site leadership, or plant management.
• Strong knowledge of operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in cost transformation, process engineering, and production planning.
• Solid understanding of EHS standards, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Skills & Leadership Abilities

• Transparent, accountable, and results-driven leader with strong decision-making abilities.
• Strategic thinker who can align plant operations with global business objectives.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
