A. HR Operations Specialist
• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end backend processes like onboarding, data management, and compliance tracking.
• Ensure documentation, record-keeping, and audit readiness.
• Act as the liaison between the HRBP and operational teams (payroll, IT, etc.).
• Support HR systems management (e.g., Zoho updates and workflows).
• Ideal Profile:
• 1 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.
• Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and familiarity with HRIS tools.
• Coordinate with teams for onboarding, follow-ups, and task completion.
• Manage task tracking, dependencies, and status updates using project management tools.
• Prepare templates, reports, and communication materials for HRBPs.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the HR team.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Focus exclusively on managing onboarding and offboarding formalities activities.
• Ensure timely completion of joining formalities, documentation, and orientation planning.
• Track and resolve any onboarding-related dependencies.
• Collaborate with TA, IT, and Admin teams for seamless handover post-hiring.
• Manage operational tasks across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit).
• Ensure timely updates and accuracy in HRIS systems.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to execute policies and handle escalations.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation and compliance reports.
Skills Required:
• Experience with HRIS tools like Zoho People.
• Proficiency in Excel and project management tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
