2. *Task Management:* Assign tasks to linguists, translators, and other team members. Monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
3. *Quality Assurance:* Perform quality checks on deliverables to meet client expectations. Address feedback and ensure revisions are implemented effectively.
4. *Communication:* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors during project execution. Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress.
5. *Resource Allocation:* Identify and allocate appropriate resources based on project requirements. Maintain an updated database of available resources.
6. *Documentation and Reporting:* Maintain project documentation, including scope, schedules, and budgets. Generate reports to evaluate project performance and outcomes.
7. *Tool Management:* Work with project management tools, CAT tools, and other software to enhance efficiency. Suggest improvements in tools and processes as needed.
8. *Risk Management:* Identify potential project risks and work with senior managers to implement mitigation strategies.
*Qualifications and Requirements*
*Experience:1+ year in project management or coordination, preferably in the localization industry. *Skills:Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. *Knowledge:Familiarity with CAT tools, localization processes, and project management methodologies is a plus. *Education:Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
