FP & A Executive

POSITION SUMMARY : -

• Ensure compliance with national and international financial regulatory laws
• Find the best financial solutions for clients and on an in-house level
• Manage financial systems and keep track of budgets as a professional chartered accountant
• Help the business remain profitable and safeguard the financial reputation of a company through the chartered accountant services.
• Conduct audits, maintain financial management and deal with taxation
• File income tax returns, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports
• Provide sound financial advice, keeping in mind the financial regulatory laws
• Ensure proper tax planning, and ethical accounting practices as a certified chartered accountant
• Guide and monitor junior chartered accountants and colleagues to achieve the best accounting practices

Financial Analysis :

• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
• Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
• Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in new projects
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
• Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis

Financial Planning : -

• Prepare sound financial plans to ensure organization meets its goals
• Examine and suggest financial opportunities
• Develop & implement financial review templates
• Develop & implement financial planning recommendations based on the financial analysis conducted on a regular basis
• Execute the vision of the company by providing financial planning

MIS : -

• Develop & implement MIS templates for conducting financial reviews
• Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports in the finalized formats & templates
• Responsible to submit various MIS reports to the Management as & when required

SOP : -

• To implement finalized SOPs which have been finalized by the organization
• To ensure there is no deviation from SOPs

People Management : -

• Ensure to undergo mandatory training of 5 days in the entire year
• Ensure that the KRAs & KPIs agreed both for self are discussed on quarterly basis and appropriate changes and suggestions are initiated for monitoring purpose
• Responsible for adhering to the timelines given by the HR department in relation to KRA & KPI setting, agreement, reviews, changes and monitoring

Statutory Compliance : -

• Implement account systems and financial practices as a certified accountant
• Monitor the duties performed by the accounting team
• Assess risks and devise proper solutions to manage the same
• Conduct audits, both internally and externally keeping in mind the scope of work of a professional chartered accountant
• Forecast budgets, conduct tax planning activities, and ensure adherence to national financial laws

Education : -

• CA / B.Com
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience
• Tally
• Completion of CA (any specialization)
• Bachelors degree in any field
• Proficiency in working with computerized accounting systems
• Expertise in accounting principles and financial reporting as a chartered accountant
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
