Job Title: Research Analyst - Monarch Wealth Division

Experience Level : Mid-Level (5+ years)

Education: CA/CFA (Level 2 and above) preferred, or Master's in Finance/Economics

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct detailed financial analysis across various asset classes, including mutual funds, bonds, global markets, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), AIF (Alternative Investment Funds), and structured products.

- Analyze and evaluate performance, risk, and returns of these financial instruments to generate actionable insights.

- Develop reports covering market trends, sector performance, and global market movements, offering investment strategies across different asset classes.

- Provide investment recommendations on portfolio diversification, asset allocation, and risk management based on financial models and market research.

- Stay updated on global markets, bond yields, interest rates, and macroeconomic indicators affecting investment decisions.

- Work closely with the wealth advisory and portfolio management teams to ensure the research supports client-focused investment strategies for High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs).

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong focus on mutual funds and asset classes like bonds, PMS/AIF, and structured products, preferably from reputable financial institutions.

- Market Expertise: Extensive knowledge of mutual funds, bonds, and global financial markets, as well as alternative investment strategies.

- Analytical Skills: Strong financial modelling and quantitative analysis capabilities to evaluate and forecast the performance of investment products.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.

- Technology Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis tools such as Bloomberg, Excel, and Morningstar.

Preferred Background :

- Previous experience in research roles with top-tier financial institutions or wealth management firms, focusing on mutual funds and alternative asset classes.

- Proven track record of providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations in a fast-paced investment environment.
