Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle guest calls, emails, and faxes to confirm bookings.
  
• Process reservations via phone or email.
  
• Verify availability of rooms and provide accurate information to guests.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills in English language (spoken & written).
  
• 0.6 - 5 years of experience in handling guests (In person or On call).
  
• Proficiency in computer savvy activities such as MS Office applications.
