Develop and maintain the ETL process and ensure accurate data is readily available
Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to define and track product usage and product performance metrics
Build, Automate, Evolve & Maintain the BI suite to cater to teams across the organization
Keep the data pipelines efficient and evolving along with the Product
Work closely with Product Managers and Directors to present data-backed actionable insights that would aid in tactical as well as strategic product decision making
Conduct exploratory & deep dive analysis to identify gaps in product experience and recommend product improvements
Awareness on Information Security concepts and Best Practices
Must Have:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
2 to 4 years of Proven working experience as a Data analyst, Business analyst or Data Engineer
Strong working knowledge of Excel, SQL, Python is a must
Must have hands on experience in Tableau, Superset, PowerBI (or similar BI tools)
Good to have:
Experience setting up Data Pipelines & Automation for BI purposes is highly preferred
Experience with Athena SQL, Github
Experience working with Product team
Experience with Automation using Airflow
Working knowledge of AWS infra
Analytics experience in Digital Marketing or Attribution industry
