Senior Design Engineer

Education: Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent Diploma

Experience: 5+ years of experience with a minimum of 2+ years in electrical panel design engineer role.

Mandatory Preference :Minimum 2 years in electrical panel design

Work Location feasibility : Age below 35 years

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and E-Plan.

Skills & Competencies:

Experience in designing LV & MV switchgear panels

Familiarity with industry standards such as IEC 61439.

Experience in handling customer design approvals and technical discussions.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to electrical panels

Strong knowledge of electrical switchgear, panel design, and power distribution systems.

Experience in busbar sizing, temperature rise calculations, and electrical component selection.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.

Strong team management and coordination skills.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Role Summary :

Senior Design Engineer will be responsible for designing low and medium-voltage electrical panels, switchgear, and switchboards, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and E-Plan, as well as hands-on experience in busbar sizing, temperature rise calculations, and overall design validation.
