Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will ensure that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard new hires.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Act as a liaison between employees and management.
    • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Implement performance appraisal systems and monitor employee progress.
    • Support managers in setting goals and evaluating employee performance.
  4. Training & Development:
    • Identify training needs and organize development programs.
    • Promote leadership and career development initiatives.
  5. Compliance & Policy Management:
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
    • Develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures.
  6. Compensation & Benefits:
    • Payroll processing and benefits administration.
    • Benchmark and manage competitive compensation structures.
  7. Workplace Culture:
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Promote initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
  8. HR Metrics & Reporting:
    • Analyze HR metrics to guide decision-making.
    • Prepare reports on HR-related activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or HR certification is prefered
  • Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.]
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability.
