At least 8- 10 year of experience in the good institutes, school, university .

The person should be good in academics, strong mathematically and should be trustworthy, preferably having at least 4-5 years of experience in the same organization

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is a plus.

Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
