Pre-Primary Mother Teacher

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and teach fun and simple lessons that help young children learn and grow.
• Create a friendly and safe classroom where every child feels happy and included.
• Watch how each child learns and grows, and give them the support they need.
• Talk to parents regularly about their child's progress and how they can help at home.
• Use creative methods like stories, songs, art, and games to make learning exciting.
• Teach basic skills such as numbers, letters, shapes, and colors.
• Make sure children are safe, healthy, and following good hygiene habits.
• Be patient, loving, and supportive to each child, making them feel cared for.
• Work as a team with other teachers and school staff to plan and improve learning.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline (Bachelors degree is mandatory).
• Experience in teaching young children (nursery to kindergarten) is a plus.
• Freshers with a passion for teaching and the ability to work with young children are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills, particularly in English.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and approachable personality.
• Positive attitude and genuine love for working with children.
