Electrical Technician - B Tech

Roles and Responsibilities Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of All Machines and Electrical Equipments, Knowledge of Utilities Panel & DG Set, R.O. Plants, Nitrogen plant etc.

Should be motivated for 5S, kaizens and must have a problem solving attitude. Can work independently and can handle both electrical and mechanical breakdowns.

Have to maintain all maintenance documentation as per IATF and company requirements. Responsible to monitor cost of operations, consumable and energy cost minimization and increasing productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile Diploma/B.Tech (Electrical) with Experience in Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of All Machines and Electrical Equipments, Knowledge of Utilities Panel & DG Set, R.O. Plants etc.

Should have worked in a Heat Treatment unit handling different types of furnaces, temperature controllers, thermocouples, heating chamber, quenching chamber etc.

Ready to work in day and night shift. Long duty hours.

Good knowledge of working of heat treatment furnaces like nitriding furnace, sealed quench furnaces, scada system. PLC controllers,
