Role & responsibilities

1. Work as a SOC Executive and monitor the physical assets across the country for a site.
2. Analyze the issue reported, identify problem areas, and devise and work with team members to enhance the quality of service and prevent future issues.
3. Meet the SLA requirements by closing the issue within the SLA
4. Escalate the events/incident to second level team in a time of problems that cannot be solved within the scope of the SOC Executive
5. Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to issues on site and fixing the issue within SLA)
6. Carry out event and incident localization/ resolution/ escalation following given instructions
7. Should agree to work in rotational shifts without any hesitation.
8. Contribute as a team member by performing other duties as assigned by Management.
