We are looking for a highly motivated, data-driven digital marketing executive to join our team. The selected candidate will work closely with our marketing team to plan, develop, execute and analyse digital marketing campaigns, focusing on paid media, including SEM, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Display and Social Media Advertising. Roles and Responsibilities: Identify and recruit new Publishers in line with our business goals. Managing the complete sales cycle to onboard new publishers from creating a pipeline to reaching out to the identified publishers, negotiating, and signing off contracts. Proactively assess publisher account performance to identify new opportunities and develop a growth strategy. Provide market-level product feedback to help develop the evolving product strategy. Represent the company at global affiliate conferences! Assist with budget allocations and campaign management. (Set up / tracking/creatives/traffic source /pay-out / KPI/volume) Monitor publisher activity, analyse performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase publisher-generated revenue. Negotiating terms of the deal (rates & payment schedule).
Requirements: 6 Months to 1 year of experience in the digital / affiliate marketing space. Excellent written and oral communication skills with proficiency in MS Office. Well-versed with CPI/CPA performance-marketing business models. Understanding of platforms/tools/technologies like Hasoffers, Affise, etc. Hands-on experience on Analytical platforms like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, etc is a plus.
