Job Description

Role & responsibilities


Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and recruit new affiliates to join the program, including bloggers, influencers, publishers, and other potential partners who can drive traffic and sales.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing them with the necessary support, resources, and incentives to maximize their performance.

Negotiation: Negotiate commission rates, terms, and promotional opportunities with affiliates to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.

Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to optimize affiliate performance and maximize revenue generation.

Creative Development: Work with affiliates to develop compelling promotional materials, creative assets, and marketing campaigns that effectively promote products or services.

Tracking and Reporting: Utilize affiliate tracking software to accurately track affiliate referrals, sales, and commissions. Generate regular reports to analyze performance and provide insights for decision-making.

Compliance: Ensure affiliates adhere to program guidelines, terms of service, and legal requirements. Monitor for fraudulent activity and take appropriate action when necessary.

Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in affiliate marketing. Implement new strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition.

Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing teams, such as social media, content marketing, and SEO, to integrate affiliate marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies.



Preferred candidate profile


  • Experience with affiliate networks or affiliate management software.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Understanding of e-commerce and online retail industry trends.
  • Experience in B2C or B2B marketing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and marketing analytics tools.
  • Creativity and resourcefulness in developing promotional strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
