Job Description
- Work closely with the Knowledge Management team to gain practical experience in implementing knowledge management strategies
- Assist in the development and maintenance of knowledge repositories and collaborative platforms
- Participate in the organization and tagging of knowledge assets to enhance discoverability
- Support collaborative initiatives by actively engaging in knowledge-sharing activities
- Learning ObjectivesGain hands-on experience in information organization and access principles
- Learn to use and navigate knowledge management tools and platforms
- Understand the importance of collaboration in a knowledge-sharing culture
- Assist in training sessions on knowledge management best practices and tools
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in information management, knowledge management, or a related field
- Strong interest in knowledge management, information organization, and collaborative tools
- Basic understanding of knowledge management principles is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn and contribute to knowledge management initiatives
