Job Description
- 6-9 years of experience in IT is required.
- A minimum of 4+ years of relevant hands-on experience in Business Process Management in Appian Tool is mandatory.
- Experience in Appian 23. X is essential.
- Should have experience in complex, enterprise implementations based on Appian software.
- 4+ years of strong experience in the design and implementation of Business Process Management solutions using Appian is required.
- Experience in building and consuming WEB / REST services to enhance application functionality is essential.
- Experience in cloud migration, including transitioning applications from on-premises to cloud environments and vice versa, database migration, is required.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for architecting and designing business applications. Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams developing BPM solutions.
- Provide thought leadership to clients across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements.
- Develop and demonstrate an advanced knowledge of the BPM Product Architecture and all design and implementation features.
- Work in conjunction with the Program Manager to size, and manage scope and risk.
- Responsible for ensuring that the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution aligns with customers technical and functional requirements, and is committed to achieving Customer Success by delivering business benefits.
- Should participate in the development of additional consulting opportunities within the customer base.
- Should lead design reviews and production readiness reviews with the team to ensure the solution is designed and configured for optimal performance in the production environment.

Essential Skills:
- Having Appian Lead Developer Certification is a must.
- Should undertake complex system integration configuration and transformations.
- Should have expertise in creating user-friendly and efficient SAIL forms tailored for the Tempo environment.
- Must be proficient in designing Complex Data Types (CDTs) to facilitate seamless interaction with external databases.
- Skilled in developing components that enforce role-based access control within Appian applications.
- Proficiency in creating comprehensive records and reports using SAIL technology is required.
- Must be capable of designing robust expression rules, constants, and query rules to streamline processes.
- Efficiency in managing Appian packaging and deployment processes is essential.
- Should apply best practices to ensure optimal performance and maintainability of Appian applications.
- Must be skilled in integrating systems using standard protocols such as REST, SOAP, and MQ.
- Comprehensive experience in the installation, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Appian applications is required.
- Expertise in managing application security, including encryption/decryption, TLS / SSL, digital certificates, and single sign-on (SSO) using SAML and OAuth is necessary.
- Must be proficient in creating automated deployment processes for Appian applications.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Appian releases, including features such as process mining, artificial intelligence (AI), and robotic process automation (RPA) is required.
- An in-depth understanding of Appian server-side properties, topology, heap memory management, and scalability is essential.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
Good to Have skills:
- Experience in implementing solutions across Finance, Banking, Healthcare, and related sectors would be a valuable advantage.
- Experience in Plug-in Development / Java / .NET / web services is desirable.
Essential Qualification:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science / Application (Relevant Core Computer Science background) from premium institutes.
