The ideal candidate shouldhave strong expertise in tools like Power BI and Tableau to deliver actionable insightsthat drive business decision-making.Key Responsibilities1.
Data Analysis Reporting:o Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns,and actionable insights.o Develop, maintain, and deliver dashboards and reports using Power BIand Tableau.2.
Data Visualization:o Create intuitive, interactive, and user-friendly dashboards andvisualizations to communicate data findings effectively.o Translate complex data into meaningful visual stories for stakeholders.3.
Data Collection Preparation:o Extract, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensureaccuracy and consistency.o Work closely with data engineering teams to define data requirements andpipelines.4.
Business Collaboration:o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectivesand provide data-driven recommendations.o Present insights to business leaders to support strategic decision-making.5.
Process Improvement:o Identify areas for improvement in data management processes andrecommend solutions.o Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data analysis andvisualization.Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Skills:o Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau, with experience in creatingdashboards and custom visualizations.o Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.o Experience in data preparation and transformation using tools like Excel,Python, or Alteryx is a plus.
Experience:o 3-4 years of relevant experience in data analysis and visualization roles.o Proven ability to work with large datasets and deliver high-quality insights.
Soft Skills:o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.o Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to bothtechnical and non-technical audiences.o Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools like Snowflake or GoogleBigQuery.
Experience with scripting languages like Python or R for data analysis.
Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques like statistical modeling or machinelearning.
