Technical QA Manager

Develop test automation strategy for large complex projects in AGILE methodology Design Test Automation Framework, Execution and Lead automation delivery using Java/Selenium and Cucumber tools Designing, creating Constructing and executing Automation test cases for API web services Experience in Selenium, Web Driver and TestNG Contribute to team agile planning activities and backlog prioritization and management Identify, verify, report, and regress bugs Collaborates with product line stakeholders to understand and develop strategies, frameworks relating to their emerging demands Driving innovation/adoption of Industry practices through investigation / institutionalization of New tools/methods/standards Collaborate with Development team to minimize the impact on automation due to dev changes Strong customer interaction Should be able to help in data handling with Excel, Have strong presentation preparing and delivery skills A deep, practical understanding of SDLC processes including Requirements, Design, Development, Build, Release Management, and Quality Assurance Preferred to have knowledge in Storage domain Should be good in people management
