Role & responsibilities

1. Experience in RAN configuration management, including working with various technologies such as GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G.

2. Proficiency in RAN configuration tools and network management systems (e.g., Ericsson ENM, Nokia NetAct, Huawei iManager).

3. Strong understanding of RAN protocols, standards (e.g., 3GPP), and network topologies.

4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot configuration issues.

5. Implement and update RAN parameters to optimize network performance, including carrier aggregation, handover parameters, and power settings.

6. Execute network changes, software updates, and configuration adjustments in line with the change management process to minimize service disruption..

Preferred candidate profile

• Engineering Graduate in Telecommunication. Relevant experience in Telecom network Installation Commissioning and Configuration is a must.
• Good understanding of RAN used in Telecom network is a must.
• Good communication both verbal and written
• Strong technical exposure
• Must be a team person, good at Teamwork and collaboration
• Analytical & Problem-Solving skills should be one of high points
• Result oriented, Process oriented and good Team driving skills
