Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with expertise in the healthcare domain, specifically with HL7 and FHIR standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microservices architecture and proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring MVC.

This role is critical for ensuring seamless integration and high-performance healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and architecture of Java-based healthcare solutions.

- Work extensively with HL7 and FHIR standards to ensure healthcare data interoperability.

- Develop and implement scalable microservices using Spring Boot.

- Design, develop, and maintain secure, reliable, and high-performing Spring MVC applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business and technical requirements.

- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the development team.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, code quality, and performance optimization.

Competencies to be Evaluated :

- HL7 and FHIR standards experience.

- Strong knowledge of Java, with 7+ years of hands-on experience.

- Proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring MVC frameworks.

- Expertise in designing and building microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of US healthcare industry standards.

- Experience in leading development teams and handling complex projects.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
