Senior EHS Executive

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety Audits (Physically & Remote), PPEs Inspections and risk assessments at Vodafone & Bharti Projects.
• Ensure Corrective actions taken based on Audit Findings.
• Maintaining EHS record of Partners teams and inhouse teams and conducting Monthly EHS Training Sessions.
• Incident Investigation: Lead Investigations into accidents, near misses and other safety related incidents.
• Prepare and Communicate incident reports including recommendations for preventing Future reoccurrence.
• Conducting Mock drill, maintaining record on monthly basis of Partner’s and Inhouse Teams.
• Conduct Induction and take responsibility to addition resources in Customer tools.
• Arranging FARM/MFC/FAT trainings with agencies and maintaining record.
• Preparing Monthly OHS date etc. Physical, Remote audits, PPEs Inspection, Mock drill, Monthly Trainings, Site done, PTW Approved & Rejected details to Customer.
• Attending Circle Customers (Vodafone/ Bharti) meeting monthly or as per requirement.
• Coordinating with Project teams to getting plan Input & Output and validating site audit percentage on daily basis and report share to reporting manager.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure adherence to national and local EHS laws, telecom regulations, and standards.
• Obtain and maintain permits related to environment, safety, and health.
• Coordinate with authorities during audits and inspections.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation

• Conduct regular risk assessments for telecom operations, including RF radiation, electrical safety, and working at heights.
• Implement control measures to mitigate identified risks.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans.

Safety Training and Awareness

• Organize training programs for employees and contractors on EHS practices, such as PPE usage, fall protection, and first aid.
• Promote a culture of safety through campaigns and workshops.
• Ensure for EHS Training - Induction for all New Onboarding.

5. Incident Reporting and Investigation

• Establish a robust system for reporting and investigating EHS incidents.
• Analyze root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrences.

Site Inspections and Audits

• Conduct regular EHS inspections at telecom sites, including base stations, data centers, and warehouses.
• Ensure contractors and vendors adhere to EHS standards.

Vendor and Contractor Management

• Assess vendors and contractors for EHS compliance.
• Ensure their adherence to safety protocols during telecom installations, repairs, and maintenance.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve EHS processes and performance.
• Benchmark industry best practices and incorporate them into the organization.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Must have Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Environment health and Safety.
• Total 3-5 years of any industrial/Telecom work experience in Environmental health and safety.
• Presentation Skill.
