Requirements
Lead and manage the implementation of Field Service Lightning (FSL) projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design FSL solutions, and define project deliverables.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, including developers, administrators, and consultants.
Configure and customize FSL functionalities, including Dispatcher Console, Scheduling Policies, and Mobile App configuration, to meet business requirements.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development, including Flows, Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Admin configuration.
Mentor and train junior team members on FSL implementation best practices, Salesforce development techniques, and industry standards.
Stay updated on the latest developments in FSL and Salesforce platform to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Act as a subject matter expert on FSL capabilities, providing recommendations and insights to clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL).
Proven experience leading and delivering at least 2 end-to-end FSL enterprise-level projects.
In-depth understanding of FSL data model, Dispatcher Console, Scheduling Policies, Mobile app configuration, and other key FSL functionalities.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Salesforce Flows, Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Admin configuration.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
