Job Description
Mobigic Technology Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation QA Engineer to join our team. This pivotal role requires a strong background in automation architecture, Selenium Webdriver with Java, and client-facing responsibilities. As a Automation QA Engineer, you will spearhead our quality assurance efforts, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of automated testing solutions using Playwright, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of automated testing frameworks and scripts using Playwright
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in TypeScript and JavaScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to high-quality standards
- Assist in testing and debugging of applications
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on automation testing best practices
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in automation testing
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience with Playwright and automation testing frameworks
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience leading a team or mentoring junior team members
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Travis CI, CircleCI, etc.)
- Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Certification in software testing or related field
- Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies
- Leadership opportunities and mentorship roles
- API automation testing using restassured
- API testing using postman
