Practice Head - Security Testing Services (10-14 yrs)

About the Company :

- We are a small and successful IT company based in Gurgaon.

- Considering our experience and industry demand we are planning to start our own Cyber Security Testing practice.

- If you are looking for an opportunity to run and build your own IT services company without any investment and assured monthly income. You will be responsible for building BU (business unit) and running the operations. You will get a support system like client base, office, staff, experience.

- Domain Experience or Prior Business Development Experience is a must

- You will work as a Salaried Partner and run BU as CEO.

- Your growth here with us is based on what you can absorb and deliver. Currently, salary will not be an issue for the right candidate. This position will be based in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities :

- The role holder will be responsible for setup entire business unit operations and growth. Market differentiation strategy.

- Team Setup and Development

- Manage client expectations and communication.

- Acquisition of Customers India/Overseas

- Partnership with large IT Services providers.

Essential Skills :

- You must have experience in running large-scale Testing Service projects, responsible for Delivery and Profit and Loss.

- In-Depth Understanding of Testing Domain (Technical + Functional). Can build domain, specific testing team, across life cycle Functional/Performance/VA-PT

- Should have good and effective communication skills in English. (Oral and written)

- Responsible for the delivery management of new projects. Will work with multiple team leads and managers to ensure on-budget, on-time delivery.

- The successful candidate must be highly motivated, fast learner, flexible, willing to assume responsibility and deliver quality work on time

- Constantly identify opportunities for enhancing productivity using automation and process improvements.
