Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Lead Java Developer with 4 to 9 years of hands-on experience in developing high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Spring Boot, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a team of developers. You will play a key role in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex applications using Java technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance team productivity.

- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, ensuring the best performance and responsiveness.

- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing applications.

- Participate in the architectural design discussions and ensure best practices are followed.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Java development.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.

- Experience with Microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
