SAP ABAP Developer - S/4 HANA Implementation (4-12 yrs)

Job Description :

- 5+ years of relevant experience and have capabilities of a Consultant level

- 4yr - S4HANA implementation experience is a must

- Experience on a Core+1 skill (Secondary skills such as BTP, PI/PO, MDG etc.) is a must

- Strong ABAP development expertise in at least 3 out of 6 (W R I C E F) areas

- Should have experience in managing 1 2 junior team members, so we can deploy campus along with them

- Should be able to Design (TechSpec) and Develop objects independently long with them

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and implement custom ABAP programs, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and conversions.

- Collaborate with functional teams to design and implement business solutions based on SAP's best practices.

- Perform SAP system analysis, design, and development in alignment with business requirements.

- Create and maintain SAP-related technical documentation.

- Work on SAP enhancements, BADIs, User Exits, and SAP Notes implementation.

- Debug and troubleshoot issues within SAP programs and provide timely resolution.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development standards and guidelines.

- Collaborate with SAP functional teams (MM, SD, FI, etc.) to ensure smooth integration.

- Ensure technical consistency and compliance with SAP best practices during upgrades and implementations.

- Provide technical support for ongoing SAP projects and end-users.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Experience : Minimum 3+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.

- Strong knowledge of ABAP programming (Reports, Smart Forms, BDC, ALV, IDOCs, BADIs, and User Exits).

- Experience in SAP Modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, PP, HR).

- Hands-on experience with SAP ABAP Objects and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

- Familiarity with SAP enhancement techniques (BADIs, Enhancement Points).

- Knowledge of ABAP performance tuning and SAP development best practices.

- Strong understanding of SAP data dictionary (Tables, Views, Structures, etc.).

- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 integration (optional but a plus).

- Ability to debug ABAP code and solve technical issues efficiently.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
