Job Description

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, building, and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning frameworks, software engineering, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for real-world applications.
Analyze and preprocess structured and unstructured data for AI/ML pipelines.
Implement and optimize deep learning frameworks using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless data flow and infrastructure scalability.
Monitor and improve the performance, accuracy, and reliability of models in production environments.
Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML and recommend the integration of cutting-edge technologies.
Develop end-to-end solutions, from prototyping to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver AI-powered solutions.
Experience and a deep understanding of working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the team.

Required Skills Qualifications:

Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages relevant to AI/ML.
Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying ML models.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and MLOps tools for model deployment and monitoring.
Familiarity with big data frameworks like Spark, Hadoop, or equivalent is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical
