Filling Technicians

Experience: 5+ years

Salary: ₹6 LPA

Department: Production (Drug Product)

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to cGMP, cleanroom gowning, and hygiene standards.
• Operate, clean, and maintain Steriline filling machines for vials and cartridges.
• Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and trials.
• Execute aseptic filling, disinfectant filtration, and area cleaning activities.
• Conduct media fills, glove integrity testing, and environmental monitoring.
• Ensure timely line clearance in coordination with QA and QC teams.
• Monitor equipment status, coordinate maintenance, and track work orders with the engineering team.
• Maintain accurate and real-time documentation in BMR, SOPs, and logbooks.
• Assist in equipment qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ) and prepare relevant SOPs.
• Ensure smooth shift handovers and escalate operational issues as needed.
• Plan resources (manpower, consumables) to meet batch production timelines.
• Conduct periodic training sessions for cleanroom and equipment practices.
• Identify and resolve process gaps, ensuring compliance with EHS policies.
• Support audits and process improvements for seamless operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development and technology transfers.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of aseptic filling processes and cGMP compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Steriline Filling Machines and associated equipment.
• Proficiency in BMR, documentation practices, and qualification protocols.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Flexibility, self-motivation, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• At least 4+ years of experience using Steriline filing machine
• Should be physically fit to work in the production environment - no skin disease
