Finance Assistant Manager | Role & responsibilities

• Liaising with the Banks & Financial Institutions
• Checking Payment to Vendors
• Foreign Payment & related forms like 15 CA / 15CB
• Online Payment - Custom Duty & Stamp Duty Payment & Other
• CMA / submissions with the lenders
• Bank Reconciliation & Related work.
• Handling Foreign Remittances
• FD / NCD - Opening / Closure & Interest Working

• Employee Tax Calculation & Monthly TDS Deduction
• Quarterly filling of TDS / TCS return 24Q, 26Q, 27Q, 27EQ
• Checking Investment Proofs of Employees
• Issuing Form 16 & 16A Part A Part B

• Support to the Tender Business-related banking requirements
• Issuing & closure of Bank Guarantee for Tender Business
• Follow up for Trade Receivables & Breakup for Payments received

• Preparation of related details for internal and Statutory Audits.
• Liaising and interactions with Auditors for finance related Area
• Preparing Related Party Statement.

• Arranging for Balance Confirmation of Banks
• Giving proper impact for Forex Gain / Loss in the Books of Accounts
• Scrutiny of Trade Receivable & Preparing Aging Report

• Advance Payment working & Invoice Booking
• Handling Old VAT Assessment

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have sound knowledge of Income Tax Provisions.
• Expertise in operating MS Office or such advance systems
• Knowledge of legal compliances and liaising with Bank.
• Should be well conversant with SAP / ERP system
