Job Overview:
Youll be joining our Mitratech HQ team, working on an applicant tracking system to help streamline the hiring process for our customers. We focus on delivering high quality (low escaped defects), well tested (Cypress automation framework with focus on unit test coverage), secure (scanned and verified), scalable (AWS, but hardware isn’t the answer), software that delivers exceptional experiences for our clients. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company, be part of an excellent team, architect solutions to complex problems, and deliver valuable features where clean code matters.

Work life mostly good but TPM are damaging as they are mostly misfit to role
TPM don’t know anything here and mess up dev and qa team and work and damaging teams work culture . TPM are the ones company should get rid of. But some TPM getting promoted to PM because the monitoring and feedback from dev and qa team is not considered
