Job Duties:
Dealer management and trader sales management in particular region of India
The job will also include frequent traveling to the concerned state region based on the requirements Handling staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members
Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options
Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
Maintaining relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information
Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
The job will require the skills which include maintenance of good relationship with customers, convincing power, and kindness to talk with customers and give the technical help
Training for products and market, industry will be given completely from the Senior Application and Sales members
Experience:
1-4 years Freshers with high adrenalin rush of getting things done in industrial field will love this job. Candidates with no prior sales experience; but having passion for sales, teamwork & growth will be preferred.
