Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management:
   
• Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets using advanced Excel formulas, pivot tables, and functions.
• Input, update, and manage large datasets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Clean and organize raw data to make it ready for analysis.
2. Data Analysis:
   
• Analyze data using Excel to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions.
• Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and conditional formatting to enhance analysis.
3. Report Generation:
   
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for various departments, including sales, finance, and operations.
• Summarize complex datasets into meaningful reports for management.
• Create visually appealing charts, graphs, and dashboards to represent data clearly.
