- Assist in Compliance testing, developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in compliance audits, assessments, and risk evaluations to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability.
- Maintain and monitor compliance tracker for applicable Corporate laws and RBI regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance tracker applicable to respective function.
- Communicate and educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices, as necessary.
- Monitor changes RBI regulations and others relevant to the Company
- Assist in conducting regular compliance training for employees to promote awareness and understanding.
- Support in investigating compliance violations or issues and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting of compliance matters.
- Review and Monitoring of RBI filings and periodic returns. Financials, website, and Notice board disclosures. Monthly Cash Transaction (CTRs), Special Mention Account (SMA - 2), and CRILIC monitoring and regulatory filings.
- Drafting, Reviewing, and Advisory for various policies and obtaining Board approvals on a continuous basis.
- RBI Inspection - End-to-end management incl. RBI laisoning, obtaining data from various businesses, reviewing the data before submission, drafting of response-related Inspection observations, Board notes, etc.
- Special projects related to Regulatory approvals, M&As, Due Diligence, Listing, Governance, and sensitive matters.
- CS qualification is must.
