Inhouse Sales Executive / Partnership Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Tele caller cum Relationship and Feedback Manager (RFM) to join our B2B sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for both outbound calling to prospective clients and nurturing relationships with new leads to gather valuable feedback. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong Sales orientation, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B leads to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with existing clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Collect and analyze feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and relay insights to the relevant teams.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.
• Update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service or sales role in a B2B environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Bachelors degree in any stream is preferred.
