Role & responsibilities

1. To do CRM follow-up calls and ensure effective lead conversion by solving problem and persuade patient to choose the brand over others.
2. To organize and conduct camps at various level from rural to urban areas and to optimize sales scale.
3. Coordinate with Offshore team and overseas patient, effectively bridge the relationship & to ensure that they are comfortable and satisfied with the services provided.
4. To camaraderie, cooperate and collaborate with different team members in the department.
