Opening For Immigration / Visa Coordinator-Overseas @ MIOT Hospitals

Role & responsibilities

-Answer Patient's enquiries through Email and telecommunication.

- Coordinating arrivals, departures of overseas patients and arrange for supporting documents.

- Handling medical clearance from different airlines

- Coordinating and organizing immigration related service, visa extension, C form and S form entries.

-Ticketing

- Liaison between the hospitals and embassies for No Objection Certificate

- Provide timely follow-up information to patient and attender

- Any other work as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Preferred candidate profile

-Minimum Qualification Required -Any Degree

-Minimum Experience Required 2 years

-Good Communication And Computer skills

-Hospital Experience in International Patient Care/Service

- To act as liaison between the hospital and incoming patients from abroad. Assisting entire department and also liaise with Foreign Home Affairs and airlines.
